If you have an unresolved issue with your financial service provider, file a complaint with the Financial Market Audit Commission. We will discuss the issue with you and provide guidelines for filing a complaint. We can also help your financial service provider get your complaint if you cannot do it yourself.

Your financial service provider must be registered with us so that the Financial Market Audit Commission can help resolve your complaint. You can find out if our financial service provider is a member of the Financial Market Audit Commission on the website

Complaints can be filed online or can be contacted by phone or e-mail. Completed forms can be sent by free mail or fax to Financial Market Audit Commission. Contact details can be found on the website.
